Where's Kerry Going? - 26/04/09

Well I have hit double digits.

My weigh in today was 104 kilos Total Loss of 11 kilos, 76 cms or 30 inches.



My first mini goal is to be under 100 when I go to the Gold Coast for Conference in 3 weeks. So I am working towards that.



I went for a 3 km walk yesterday with the support team, Craig, Gemma & Patch. When we got home the 2 dogs disappeared for the rest of the day to sleep.

We wouldn't have walked that 5 weeks earlier, and just imagine I was carry a 10kilo bag of potatoes around with me every day.

Where's Kerry Going? - 24/04/09

Well It has been a busy week. Have today off. So looking to catch up with housework, friends & paperwork. The poor dogs have missed out this week. Was going to take them this morning but it is very windy here. Maybe later. Looking forward to the weekend. Going to the football on Sunday and of course it is weigh in day on Sunday. Be interesting to see how many cm's have gone this week. Have been working on the WII fit. I also played a game of tennis on it last night.

Where's Kerry Going? - 19/04/09

Well we have just finished week 4 on Taislim. The first picture was this morning pic. The second one was week 1. I have now lost 9 kilos in 4 weeks and 67cm or 26 inches. SPECIAL NOTE: BMI in the 30's this week did a bit of a celebration dance. Gemma & Patch weren't impressed.

You can see a difference in the stomach area. I have lost 12 cm of my tummy and 14 of my hips.

I am feeling very good. This has been one of the easiest things I have done. I was a bit slack with exercise this week. I only got to walk the dogs twice and some time on the Wii fit (Juddy).

Where's Kerry Going? - 18/04/09

Well I have had a big week this week. Worked full time for 4 days.
So not much spare time. The poor dogs only got to go for a walk once.
Some little milestones this week for me. I can actually wear jeans again
I feel it has been about 6 years since I have done that before.
Also when I started my BMI was in the 40's and this week I hit 39 I was excited, doesn't take much.

I have had a good week, maybe I needed more exercise will have to work on that one next week. Weigh in is tomorrow so we will see what the results will be.

Where's Kerry Going? - 12/04/09

I would like to say Happy Easter to everyone.

Well it was weigh in day today and the results were..................

I am now 108 so have lost 7 kilos and 55 cm or 21 inches.
11.5cm has come of my stomach and 11cm of my hips.

This week I did walk the dogs I think 2 times but I also
walked to the MCG & back on Saturday night for the footy, no stairs this week.

I am feeling good. Went out for tea on Friday night to our favorite restaurant
Had some lovely fish and a glass of wine. I must say that the Tailslim is very interesting as I didn't want desert and you just seem to choose a healthy menu without thinking about it. I did notice the next day with the wine, that my body was rejecting it. So I thought that was interesting. I am loving the Taislim. Enjoying a day off and I get to go out for tea with the love of my life.

Talking about him have you heard Craig has lost 8 kilos in 2 weeks and also lost 33cm

Where's Kerry Going? 5/4/09

Start Week 2

Ok up to 2nd week weigh in and the results were 1.5 kilo for a total lost of 5.5.kilos. I lost another 10cm for a total of 41cm. So my clothes are fitting better, I must say. Still not doing alot of exercise walked the dog once this week, not that they were happy. Mental note to walk them more next week.

Where's Kerry Going? - 29/03/09

Well I have got through week one. I am now 111 kilos a lost of 4 kilos but I have also lost 31cm.



This week has been great. I haven't felt hungry at all. I take my Taislim in the morning before breakfast. I have morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea & Dinner. I haven't been eating after 7.00pm. I must say I am feeling great and have more energy. Even went to the football and wasn't even hungry. I also walked from Flinders Street Station to the MCG and back so I am feeling good. So it has helped me Control my Appetite!†



Oh I also found some support team that I would like to induce you to. Patch is above, (brown & White) & Gemma the (black & white)one this was after their walk to keep me on track. I think I was feeling the same way.


So now I need some more Followers to help me along the way. So if you want to come on the ride with me , you are all most welcome.
