I would like to say Happy Easter to everyone.
Well it was weigh in day today and the results were..................
I am now 108 so have lost 7 kilos and 55 cm or 21 inches.
11.5cm has come of my stomach and 11cm of my hips.
This week I did walk the dogs I think 2 times but I also
walked to the MCG & back on Saturday night for the footy, no stairs this week.
I am feeling good. Went out for tea on Friday night to our favorite restaurant
Had some lovely fish and a glass of wine. I must say that the Tailslim is very interesting as I didn't want desert and you just seem to choose a healthy menu without thinking about it. I did notice the next day with the wine, that my body was rejecting it. So I thought that was interesting. I am loving the Taislim. It is due for release in Australia in May. I have already had people put a pre-order in, so let me know if you are interested.
Just a quick note, Craig's update and boy is he looking good
He has now lost 10 kilos and 16 inches. Check his blog out.
