Well I got to my goal before I got on that plane at 99.8 kilos.
There is no weigh in tomorrow. Have spent the weekend at conference and enjoyed it.
Just came back from Dreamword. Have one more day of conference to go and then holidays begin.
This morning I woke up at 6.00 am to the most beautiful sunrise. Then Craig, Marianne & I went down to the Gym. I did 15 mins on the cross trainer. Then I swam 10 laps and went for a spa. 8 weeks ago I would have been lucky to have swam 2 laps and still be able to speak. I did the 10 easy and then chatted to the poolguard. Then as a reward hopped in the spa.
I really have to Thank Taislim for giving me my health & life back as well as my husband. It is the most amazing product I have ever seen.
I saw one man today who has lost 56 kilos in 4 months.
Kim lost 1.3 kilos in one week
Jenni lost 1 kilo as well.
There are so many more stories to come.
